About On: Hallyu Festival
On: Hallyu Festival
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) present the “ON: Hallyu Festival” from November 16 to 23 in a bid to provide comfort and hope to fans of Korean culture around the world suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is also intended to help them gain a better understanding of K-culture.
Among the Festival’s many programs are a virtual K-pop concert and trade exhibitions that showcase games, cartoons and TV content to global buyers, as well as an inter-governmental forum focused on ways for shared growth in the content industry.
